The 21st century has come with a bang,
with lot of challenges to the corporate leaders of the world.
Nations and progressive business groups today are driven by
globalization and the liberalization of the trade and capital
markets, towards an increasing internationalization of
production and distribution strategies and towards fast
technological changes of products and business processes to face
global competition with respect to price, quality, variety and
services.
To face this challenge, managers of
today and tomorrow are bound to have completely new set of
skills and capabilities, totally different from those being
developed through traditional management courses.
In
PGDM at Bharat Institute of Technology- Meerut, we believe in
converting the good into the best of managers by subscribing
to the view that wisdom can not be conveyed through words and therefore,
discourage excessive lecturing. Instead, through participative
learning methods we stimulate thought process about many facets of
management and help develop skills and values, most essential
for one's career and life. This is achieved through free
discussion ( 2-way communication ) case studies, exercises,
role plays, live projects, business games, interaction with
guest speakers & industrial tours.
