Rules

• Event is based on the construction of a bridge ,making use of wooden sticks.
• Principles of engineering Mechanics and strength of materials are to be utilized.
• Students from CIVIL and MECHANICAL streams are eligible.
• Each Bridge will be tested for maximum load carrying capacity without failure,in a simply supported condition.
• Materials provided to each team:200 sticks,thread,fevicol.
• At any of the corner,the numbers of sticks are limited to six.Other pertinent details will be provided on the event day.
• Load testing will be done on the next day in presence of participating teams.
• The decision of the event leader will be final and binding.
